Parents and children are probably familiar with the hugely popular arcade version of this dance mat craze which has a fun appeal for all ages and abilities whilst helping to improve fitness.
The latest hi-tech sound and visual equipment is used in a safe environment and is free of charge!
How does it work?
Dance steps are projected on to a wall or screen and users follow the steps displayed by arrows on their individual dance mat. At the end of a song or session the users and instructors can see instant feedback on how well they performed.
The dance mat sessions will be delivered by one of our CRB checked trained deliverers and each of the sessions will last an hour.
The course is available to both boys and girls and the group size will be limited to 20 places to ensure quality of delivery. No previous experience is required as the focus is on a fun, yet challenging dance mat experience open to all.
Pupils are asked to wear appropriate clothing and indoor trainers and bring a water bottle.
